This article will guide you through the process of utilizing your custom templates, explaining the moderation and validation by the Technology team, as well as detailing the usage link and types of visibility.
In the article "How to Create Your Own AI in Tess," you have already learned how to create your own text AI.
Now, you will see the main processes for using your created AI within Tess.
Template Visibility
For a template to appear in the Tess AI Marketplace, it needs to be approved by the team responsible for validation.
After creating your AI, if you choose private visibility (or just for Workspace), it will be approved automatically. However, if you prefer to publish it, a review process will occur, which may take a few days. After the review, it may be approved or rejected, and you will receive some suggestions for improving your AI.
You can check the Review Status in the first column of the list of AIs created by you in the "Publication Status" tab in AI Studio.

Another reason your AI may not appear in the feed is the visibility configured in it. When creating a new agent, you can choose its visibility as Private, Public, Unlisted, or Workspace.

In Private mode, only you will have access to your AI. In Unlisted mode, only users with a link to the approved template will be able to view and use your AI. In Workspace mode, the AI will be available to all members within your workspace. In Public mode, once approved, your AI will be available to all Tess users.
Review and Approval Process
During the review process for AI approval, several points are analyzed:
- Whether the cover image is related to the theme - A tip: use an image AI to generate your cover.
- The relevance of the title.
- Whether the description is coherent and instructive.
- Whether what is proposed in the prompt meets the generated result.
Can I use my AI before approval?
While your AI is under review, you can use it through the link that will be next to the model description on the AI Studio page.

Time Optimization with Your Templates
Creating custom templates in Tess AI is crucial for optimizing time and processes, as well as ensuring consistency.
These templates allow for significant time savings, as they eliminate the need to start each new task or communication from scratch. Additionally, they help maintain a standard of quality, ensuring that all important information is included, which reduces the likelihood of errors. The order should follow this same sequence, respecting paragraphs (separated as: the first line the title, below the subtitles, and then the body of text). Never make structural or orthographic changes to the text.
