Important:
This refund policy only applies to the first purchase of any plan (Beginner, Individual or Business). Subsequent refund requests for any plan will be considered fraudulent activity and may result in a ban from the platform.
In addition, both customers who purchase the plan on a monthly billing cycle and annual billing are eligible for a refund.
Please note that once a refund is issued, your plan will be immediately canceled.
