Learn how to quickly cancel your subscription on Tess
If you are reading this article, we are already sorry for your decision!
However, you can execute it yourself within the platform. Just access your settings (gear icon in the upper right corner) and click on "Plan".
You will see an overview of your current plan and can click on the option to cancel my plan, as shown in the example screenshot below:
Next, you will be notified by Tess itself if you really want to cancel, as in the example below:
By clicking OK, that's it! Your plan will be canceled.
