Step by step to create a new account on Tess AI
To create an account on Tess AI is quite simple, just follow the steps below:
1- Open the registration page by clicking here (If you already have an account, click here).
2- Fill in the data with your name, surname, email and password.
3- Click on 'Sign up'.
4- Verify your phone number.
5- Fill out our Onboarding form
6- Choose a plan to start using Tess AI through Beginner or Individual. In the case of Business and Enterprise plans (available in the annual option), you will need to contact our sales team.
Remember:
Beginner and Individual plans will be eligible for a refund if:
- The plan has a monthly recurring option
- You have proof of purchase or an invoice (e.g., order number, receipt, etc.)
- The 7-day purchase period has not yet expired.
